You've said your students need durable skills.

Let's figure out exactly how to build them.

Three focused sessions with your leadership team. So you can move forward with a clear, confident plan that truly fits your school or district.

No purchase required. No pressure. Just a real conversation.

"We talk about 'soft skills' a lot. We just don't have a great answer yet."

-- A sentiment we hear from almost every administrator we talk to

WHO THIS IS FOR

If you recognize any of these, this is for you.

Whether you're a principal trying to move the needle in your building or a district leader looking to align your whole system, the signs tend to look the same -- good intentions, limited throughline.

AT THE SCHOOL LEVEL

Teachers mention durable skills, but there's no shared skill language

Advisory or SEL time exists but doesn't feel intentional

You want a skill-development plan before committing to a larger program

AT THE DISTRICT LEVEL

You have a Portrait of a Graduate without a clear implementation plan

Accountability for teaching durable skills is unclear across buildings

You need to bring principals into alignment before a bigger investment

You're planning August PD and want it to lead somewhere

what's included

Three one-hour sessions. One clear path forward.

01

Understanding your context

We dig into what durable skills mean in your organization -- your Portrait of a Graduate, state framework, or existing accountability structures. We want to hear where you think you're teaching these skills, what's working, and where the gaps are.

02

Getting your leadership team aligned

This is the session that creates buy-in. Using the same prioritization activities from our PD workshop, your leadership team works through what matters most and when. Real conversation about priorities and values, not a slide presentation.

03

A proposed skill-learning sequence for your organization

We present back a summary of everything we've learned and a proposed grade-by-grade skill sequence, with specific recommendations for how and where it fits into your existing schedule. Yours to use however you choose.

THE DELIVERABLE

A real document, not a consultant's summary of a conversation.

At the end of our three sessions, you'll receive a written action plan you can bring to your board, share with your leadership team, or build on with any vendor. It belongs to you.

Your action plan includes:

  • A written summary of your school or district's current durable skills landscape -- gaps, strengths, existing structures

  • A proposed skill-learning sequence by grade level or program, mapped to your existing schedule

  • Specific recommendationa for where these skills can be taught (e.g., advisory, CTE, English, etc.) and by whom

  • Alignment to your Portrait of a Graduate, state framework, or existing district priorities

  • A document you can present to your board, leadership team, or department heads, without needing us in the room

This plan is useful and implementable whether or not you go further with Skillsline. We believe in showing you value before suggesting anything bigger.

"You've essentially just described the implementation problem we've never solved."

-- K-12 District Administrator, after learning about the needs assessment process

THE BIGGER PICTURE

This is a starting point, not a sales funnel.

The needs assessment stands on its own. For schools and districts who want to go further, it naturally leads into a tailored Skillsline program. But that conversation only happens after we've earned it.

Response usually within one business day; no commitment required

The plan your district has been missing is closer than you think.

Let's spend 20 minutes figuring out whether a needs assessment is the right next step for you.
